A decent manager would have given his players a kick up the arse and not a pat on the back after scrambling a win against a poor, out of form Sheffield United team and then playing out a passionless bore draw with an Arsenal side that were THERE FOR THE TAKING. If you give this team an excuse to fail, you can't really blame them for taking up the offer.
